Leaving On A Jet Plane…

Well, as most of you catch this article today, I am going off to Chicago. It is very important to be diverse in the way of market saturation. I mentioned before that I have expanded my consulting services to Great Britain but it’s also ideal to expand to other local markets.

This is probably going to be a very short post, since I promised my wife I would help pack for our trip. Both of us have business in Chicago. I think that it is very important to try to reach out and see what you can do in other markets. I don’t want to pick on a specific state but if we used Michigan as an example, you would be in a real rough situation right now if you only relied on resources just in that one state. By expanding your base outside your backyard you can weather the storm and regroup after things settle down.

Have you had any experience with expanding into another city? Has your experience been good or bad? Please explain…
